Clients are obtaining NFA Trusts now and submitting their applications to the ATF before the new ATF 41F changes go into effect on July 13th. The new changes will significantly alter the way that individual members of NFA gun trusts operate with regard to possessing NFA items. Specifically, ATF Rule 41F rule will impact the use of trusts in the acquisition and sharing of NFA weapons.
